How long does shipping take? +
Shipping times vary by location. United States: 10–15 business days. UK: 10–18 days. Canada & Australia: 12–20 days. Europe: 12–20 days. Rest of World: 15–25 days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Is shipping really free? +
Yes! We offer completely free worldwide shipping on every order β€” no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–5 business days. You can track your package at 17track.net or parcelsapp.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be modified. Please email support@fashioncave.us immediately if you need to make changes.
What if my package is delayed or lost? +
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Note: during peak seasons (Nov–Dec) and public holidays, delays of 3–7 extra days are normal.

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Sale items, intimate wear, and swimwear are not eligible for returns.
How do I start a return? +
Simply email us at support@fashioncave.us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with full return instructions. Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I received a damaged or wrong item β€” what do I do? +
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@fashioncave.us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will send you a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
