01. Processing Your Order

Dispatch Time: We try our best to ship goods as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 24 to 48 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses in India.

Bulk Orders: If the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per style, it may take longer to process; we will keep you informed by email.

Business Days: Deliveries occur on business days only. Apart from Sundays, certain holidays throughout the year are not considered as business days.

Import Charges: Occasionally, customers may have to pay additional import duties and taxes levied by your country. In cases where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these fees directly to the courier (DHL/FedEx).

Refusal Policy: If a customer refuses to pay custom duty, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Anti-Fraud: Fraudulent claims are reported immediately to the Cyber Cell, Ludhiana. We log GPS coordinates for all drop-offs.

Unboxing Video: To protect against damage, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
