Important: Our No-Refund Policy

Fashion Cave operates under a strict No-Refund policy. Once a purchase is made, we do not provide monetary refunds or reversals to the original payment method.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 

07-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or greater value (after paying the difference) or receive store credit.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To ensure a secure and organized process, all exchange requests must follow these specific steps:

Step 1: Contact via Email

You must first contact our support team via email with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the exchange.

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. We will verify if the item meets our exchange criteria (unworn, original tags, etc.).

⚠️ Address Provision Policy:

For security reasons, our return shipping address is not listed publicly. We will provide the specific return address ONLY after your exchange request has been officially approved via email. Items sent to any other address or without prior approval will be rejected.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

At Fashion Cave, the customer is fully responsible for all logistics costs related to an exchange:

  • Inbound Shipping: The cost of sending the original item back to our facility.
  • Outbound Shipping: The cost of shipping the new exchanged item from our facility to your address.
  • Non-Refundable: Any shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Strict Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and technical reasons, the following categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clothing & Apparel: All wearable garments are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Electronics: All electronic products, gadgets, and accessories.
  • Discounted Items: Any product purchased during a sale, clearance, or using a promo code.
  • Personal Items: Intimate wear, swimwear, and beauty/personal care products.
  • Custom/Personalized Goods: Any item made to specific order requirements.

Damages and Defects

We maintain high-quality standards, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will evaluate the damage via photos provided in your email. If the claim is valid, we will arrange for an exchange of the same item at no additional shipping cost to you.
